 【摘要】 目的 研究溃疡性结肠炎患者肠系膜血管数字减影血管造影（DSA）的表现。方法 2012年4月—11月对52例溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者，在行经肠系膜动脉药物灌注治疗前先行肠系膜上、下动脉造影，了解患者肠系膜动脉的血管特点，尤其是病变区域的血管变化。按不同肠段对血管造影诊断灵敏度和特异度进行评价。结果 造影显示，52例患者均出现血管异常变化，主要表现为肠系膜动脉增粗47例（90.4%），毛细血管像出现肠壁浓染51例（98.1%），静脉像可见静脉回流浓集49例（94.2%），直动脉迂曲紊乱50例（96.2%），以及边缘动脉迂曲8例（15.4%）。血管造影对活动期溃疡性结肠炎灵敏度较高，而特异度相对较低。结论 溃疡性结肠炎患者的病变区域血管会发生异常变化，DSA可较为敏感的发现这些变化，从而为诊断治疗提供参考。
