 【摘要】 血管瘤是儿童最常见的良性肿瘤，大多数患者无需治疗。部分患者由于血管瘤的大小、位置或性质的特殊性，可导致严重并发症，甚至威胁患儿的生存，需予以积极的临床干预。血管瘤的一线治疗方法主要依靠药物与手术切除，但部分患儿由于药物治疗不敏感，手术无法切除或不耐受而造成预后不佳。近年来介入技术的不断进步，为该病的治疗提供了新的途径。本文就介入栓塞在儿童血管瘤治疗中的应用现状做一简要综述。
