摘要:
 【摘要】 急性重型缺血性脑卒中保守治疗预后极差,血管内治疗可及时开通颅内急性闭塞的大血管而改善预后。近年来,以SolitaireAB/FR为代表的支架型复流取栓装置克服了药物溶栓和MERCI、Penumbra等早期机械开通装置的不足,实现了即刻复流和安全取栓的结合,延长了脑卒中开通时间窗,提高了闭塞血管开通率并改善了预后。本文对此类装置机械开通急性重型缺血性脑卒中颅内闭塞血管的研究进展进行了综述。
