摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮肾镜术后迟发性出血介入治疗的护理要点。方法 回顾性分析2005年1月至2013年1月816例肾结石及输尿管上段结石患者行经皮肾镜碎石术的临床资料，816例患者共行经皮肾镜碎石取石术1 623例次，术后出现持续性或间歇性血尿患者26例，其中13例患者行介入治疗，重点对介入治疗时机观察及护理要点进行分析。结果 13例患者中，肾动脉假性动脉瘤4例，肾动静脉瘘3例，肾动脉假性动脉瘤合并肾动静脉瘘6例。13例患者栓塞15 min后复查肾动脉造影显示病变均完全栓塞，术后2 ~ 5 d肉眼血尿均消失，5 ~ 7 d痊愈出院。结论 经皮肾镜术后迟发性出血后行介入治疗，疗效确切，做好术前、术中、术后各项护理是确保介入治疗成功的关键。
