 【摘要】 目的 对比研究经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)和经皮低温等离子消融术(PLDA)治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法 随访2006年1月至2012年5月间椎间盘源性腰痛患者共97例。其中经激光治疗患者62例(PLDD组),经等离子消融治疗患者35例(PLDA组)。所有病例均成功穿刺并完成随访。术后根据MacNab标准评定患者手术疗效,同时记录两组患者的不良反应和并发症。结果 对患者术后3、12和24个月时疗效进行分析,两组间疗效差异均无统计学意义。末次随访时,PLDD组疗效优42例,良9例,可8例,差3例,优良率82.3%;PLDA组疗效优22例,良4例,可4例,差1例,优良率83.9%。两组均未发生严重并发症。结论 PLDD和PLDA治疗椎间盘源性疼痛患者疗效相仿。
