摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 对比研究经皮激光椎间盘减压术（PLDD）和经皮低温等离子消融术（PLDA）治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法 随访2006年1月至2012年5月间椎间盘源性腰痛患者共97例。其中经激光治疗患者62例（PLDD组），经等离子消融治疗患者35例（PLDA组）。所有病例均成功穿刺并完成随访。术后根据MacNab标准评定患者手术疗效，同时记录两组患者的不良反应和并发症。结果 对患者术后3、12和24个月时疗效进行分析，两组间疗效差异均无统计学意义。末次随访时，PLDD组疗效优42例，良9例，可8例，差3例，优良率82.3％；PLDA组疗效优22例，良4例，可4例，差1例，优良率83.9％。两组均未发生严重并发症。结论 PLDD和PLDA治疗椎间盘源性疼痛患者疗效相仿。
