【摘要】 目的 探讨和评价应用介入微导管窦内溶栓治疗产后重型脑静脉窦血栓的疗效。方法 2008年5月至2011年6月收治11例产后重型脑静脉窦血栓形成患者，采用微导管置入静脉窦血栓内，使用尿激酶溶栓。术后2周采用磁共振静脉造影（MRV）评价溶栓后静脉窦通畅情况。结果 出院前11例患者腰椎穿刺时脑脊液压在200 mmH2O以下，MRV检查证实9例静脉窦主干完全通畅，皮层静脉和深静脉恢复正常；2例部分通畅，皮层静脉和深静脉部分代偿。9例患者的症状、体征完全改善，2例留有肢体功能障碍。结论 应用血管内静脉微导管溶栓治疗重型脑静脉窦血栓形成是一种安全、有效的治疗手段。
