 【摘要】 目的 评估对传统抗凝疗法无效的重型颅内静脉窦血栓患者采用窦内溶栓法的安全性和有效性。方法 2009年1月至2012年7期收治50例颅内静脉窦血栓患者，均采用窦内溶栓（通过微导管将尿激酶灌注到静脉窦内）治疗。临床随访6个月，期间多次复查磁共振静脉造影，评估静脉窦的再通情况。分析患者的流行病学、影像学和临床资料。结果 50例中，34例（68%）痊愈，11例（22%）在生活自理方面稍受影响，2例遗留有中度神经功能障碍，3例死亡。36例患者（72%）术后证实上矢状窦完全再通。在6个月的随访过程中，45例患者（90%）无明显临床症状。结论 窦内溶栓是治疗重型颅内静脉窦血栓的安全、有效的治疗手段。
