摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 评价双容积重建技术在显示脑动脉瘤栓塞程度中的应用价值。方法 采用西门子Artis Zeego数字血管造影系统对17例动脉瘤致密栓塞患者进行旋转DSA造影，然后进行双容积重建。结果 17例患者中，14例患者动脉瘤有对比剂显影，14例患者瘤体内中部的弹簧圈中有对比剂显影，4例瘤体远端有对比剂显影，14例瘤颈处有对比剂显影，阴性3例。结论 在介入手术以及栓塞术后复查的过程中使用双容积重建可以清晰显示出对比剂在弹簧圈中显影的程度以及位置。评价弹簧圈栓塞的效果以及确定后续治疗和手术策略上有着一定的参考价值。
