摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨超声造影引导下微波消融联合经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）在治疗肝转移瘤的价值与疗效。方法 转移性肝癌患者50例，单纯TACE组25例，微波消融联合TACE组25例，分析两组疗效。结果 单纯TACE组CR 3例，PR 11例，SD 6例，PD 5例，缓解率为56%；TACE联合经皮微波凝固治疗（PMCT）联合组CR 7例，PR 15例，SD 2例，PD 1例，缓解率88%，两组缓解率比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。联合组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD16CD56、CD3CD56水平明显高于治疗前（P < 0.05）。结论超声引导下PMCT联合TACE治疗肝转移瘤能提高疗效。
