摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨冠状动脉导丝、球囊技术在左锁骨下动脉闭塞介入治疗中的应用。方法 采用冠状动脉导丝、球囊技术行血管内支架成形治疗11例左锁骨下动脉闭塞患者。结果 冠状动脉导丝、球囊技术血管内支架成形治疗锁骨下动脉闭塞患者，手术成功率高，10例左锁骨下动脉血流完全通畅，椎动脉正向血流方向恢复；局部并发症少。结论 冠状动脉导丝、球囊技术治疗锁骨下动脉闭塞患者效果可靠，操作相对简单、安全，并发症少。
