摘要:
目的 探讨ＣＴ引导同轴穿刺活检在腹膜后淋巴结病变诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析上海瑞金医院放射科２００６ －　２００９年６７例ＣＴ引导腹膜后淋巴结同轴穿刺活检病例。结果 腹膜后淋巴结穿刺取材成功率为９５．５％，其中淋巴瘤患者能够获得组织学分型的比率为８９．４％，１例患者穿刺后出现腹膜后血肿，并发症的发生率为１．５％（１／６７）。结论 ＣＴ引导腹膜后淋巴结同轴穿刺活检是种安全，有效的腹膜后淋巴结病变的诊断手段。
