摘要:
随着介入药械产品质量的进步和介入从业医师临床经验及操作水平的提高，介入诊疗技术突破传统制约，在晚期肿瘤患者治疗中的应用越来越广泛。其中化疗灌注、神经阻滞、骨水泥充填等止痛手段；食管、气管、肠道支架安置等疏通管腔、封堵瘘道的措施；以及胸、腹、心包腔穿刺，经皮肝穿刺、肾穿刺和经鼻小肠插管等置管引流方法为改善晚期肿瘤患者生命质量、延长生存时间，进而达到临终关怀发挥了积极作用。
