摘要:
目的探讨前列腺内支架治疗高龄前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析３２例前列腺增生引起排尿困难的老年患者进行前列腺内支架植入术。结果３２例患者前列腺内支架均一次植入成功，术后立即自行排尿，无严重手术相关并发症。３２例患者术后随访，国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）由术前（２５．５０±５．５１）ml／s降至术后（６．５１±３．８７）ml／s（P＜０．０１），最大尿流率从术前（１．５５±３．６４）ml／s增至术后（１４．２１±３．１５）ml／s（P＜０．０１）。结论前列腺支架治疗前列腺增生引起的排尿困难，其疗效迅速、可靠、创伤小，尤其对治疗高龄、高危且不适宜手术的前列腺增生患者为首选方法。
