摘要:
目的 探讨栓子保护装置(EPD)在肾动脉支架成形术中的应用价值和初步经验.方法 收集我院2003年3月至2006年4月接受肾动脉支架成形术并使用EPD患者,记录分析手术过程,记录术前、术后1周、1个月肾功能检查结果,监测术前、术后即刻、术后1周及1个月血压情况.结果 18例患者(24支肾动脉)使用了EPD,24个EPD放置及支架置入均取得成功.支架释放后肾动脉平均狭窄率明显降低(P＜0.05).在回收的18例滤网中分别有3例和11例肉眼和显微镜下发现脱落粥样硬化斑块.部分患者肾功能、血压情况改善.结论 EPD应用于肾动脉支架成形术可以预防或减少远端栓塞事件的发生,初步结果令人满意.
