摘要:
目的 观察肾动脉狭窄患者经肾动脉支架重建血运后对血压的影响.方法 自2000年4月至2005年11月我科收治.肾动脉狭窄患者110例,均经肾动脉支架术重建肾动脉血运.术后随访1年,观察对患者高血压疗效的影响.结果 110例患者肾动脉支架技术成功率100%,病变动脉管腔直径狭窄率由60%～100%降至0～15%.术后1年随访患者血压下降有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01),收缩压由(153±32)mm Hg降至(131±27)mm Hg,舒张压由(87±19)mm Hg降至(75±19)mm Hg;口服降压药品种减少,由平均(2.6±0.9)种降至(1.9±0.9)种.结论 采用肾动脉支架术重建肾动脉血运1年随访降压疗效肯定.
