摘要:
目的回顾总结５例手部动静脉畸形的介入疗法。方法经患侧肱动脉置管，对畸形血管供血动脉分别超选和栓塞。栓塞采用高温处理的明胶海绵颗粒、丝线段、平阳霉素和弹簧圈。结果５例中共栓塞１３支供血动脉，栓塞成功率１００％。１例复杂畸形得到有效控制，３例临床治愈和近期１例在观察中。结论经导管动脉栓塞是治疗手动静脉畸形的一种安全、成功率高和疗效肯定的治疗手段
