以肝动脉化疗栓塞为主的介入治疗是目前不能手术切除的肝癌首选治疗方法[1].其效果确切,但肝功能损害、骨髓抑制等化疗不良作用影响了中远期生存期及生存质量[2-4].近10年来,国内许多学者把介入治疗与中医药治疗结合起来,在提高肝癌的介入治疗疗效、减少介入治疗不良反应、延长生存期等方面取得了一定进展,现综述如下.
