摘要:
目的介绍一种新的血栓旋切器-Straub Rotarex System及其初步临床应用.方法应用瑞士公司生产的Straub Rotarex System治疗下肢动脉血栓患者4例,发病时间为75 d～10个月.2例为动脉硬化引起,1例为栓子脱落,1例为糖尿病引起,动脉闭塞长度为3.8～56 cm.结果血栓被清除,血管再通,出血量少,3例次发生远端栓塞,均经介入治疗好转.结论 Straub Rotarex旋切系统是一种安全有效的血栓旋切器.
