摘要:
目的探讨介入治疗阴茎动静脉瘘致阴茎异常勃起围术期的护理措施，以减少手术并发症，促进康复。方法对２例介入治疗阴茎动静脉瘘致阴茎异常勃起患者实施术前心理护理、术前常规检查、护患沟通、手术方法准备、皮肤准备和术后体位护理、阴茎勃起观察、生命体征观察、术后心理护理及出院指导。结果２例术后均未发生并发症，痊愈出院，出院后３个月随访阴茎勃起正常。结论阴茎动静脉瘘致阴茎异常勃起行介入治疗安全可靠，围术期实施有效的护理措施，可提高介入手术成功率，预防并发症。
