摘要:
目的比较经桡动脉和经股动脉途径行脑血管造影的优缺点。方法同期82例拟做脑血管造影的患者,按股动脉途径和桡动脉途径分为两组,比较其穿刺时间、穿刺成功率、X线照射时间、制动时间及穿刺部位并发症。结果股动脉血管穿刺成功率高于桡动脉组,穿刺时间小于桡动脉组,股动脉组术后并发症高于桡动脉组。结论经桡动脉途径脑血管造影安全可行,并发症少,适合于择期造影者及老年人。经股动脉途径脑血管造影穿刺时间短,成功率高,适用于急症患者。
