摘要:
布加综合征（BCS）病理类型复杂，治疗时下腔静脉与肝静脉要统筹兼顾，不可顾此失颇。由于介入治疗技术的不断提高，并以其创伤小、效果可靠，相对安全，应用越益广泛。但是，介入治疗BCS技术上仍有其局限性，外科医师尤其是血管外科医师要充分发挥自己的特长，灵活应用介入与手术技能，并结合我国国情，制订出科学、合理、实用、安全、有效的治疗方案。
