摘要:
近年来脊柱疾病的介入诊疗技术发展迅速，很多技术临床应用日益广泛。诊断方面包括经皮穿刺活检术、CT椎间盘造影术、椎间盘测压术等；治疗方面包括CT引导下背根神经节周围注射治疗术、CT引导下关节注射治疗术、CT引导下骶管囊肿穿刺抽液减压术、经皮椎体成形术、椎体后凸成形术、经皮椎间盘减压术、脊柱肿瘤动脉灌注化疗和栓塞术以及新兴的经皮后路腰椎间融合术等。介入技术在临床应用的前景广阔，可成为介入放射医师研究的方向之一。
