【摘要】 目的?探讨回收嵌顿的Günther Tulip滤器的新技巧及其临床应用价值。方法?2017年1月至2019年1月25例经标准方式回收Günther Tulip滤器失败患者,接受Loop技术和改进的回收方式取出滤器。患者滤器留置时间36~377 d,平均157 d,均嵌顿于下腔静脉(IVC)壁。结果?25例患者的滤器经改进方式全部成功回收,平均耗时20 min。其中对17例单纯锚定装置严重嵌顿滤器,采用单纯抓捕法和改良回收方式顺利取出;对8例锚定装置嵌顿伴回收钩贴壁滤器,采用Loop技术和改良回收方式顺利取出。回收过程中患者无明显腹痛症状。滤器取出后形态均完整,复查造影未见IVC壁损伤。结论?改进的回收方式能显著提高嵌顿的Günther Tulip滤器回收成功率,且损伤小,安全有效,具有一定的临床应用价值。
