【摘要】目的探讨三尖瓣游离壁起源室性早搏的标测与消融策略。方法将起源于三尖瓣游离壁的室性早搏,采用Carto3三维电解剖标测系统和长鞘支持,标测消融导管经股静脉途径至三尖瓣下,采用反U方式标测和消融。结果19例起源于三尖瓣游离壁室性早搏患者标测消融导管采用反U法,于三尖瓣游离壁瓣下进行标测消融,即刻均获成功,无并发症发生,6个月随访1例患者室性早搏复发。结论三尖瓣环游离壁起源室性早搏术前可通过体表心电图特点做出大致定位判断,采用反U法标测和消融简单、安全、疗效可靠。
