【摘要】目的评价介入栓塞后即刻行肿瘤切除在鼻颅底富血供肿瘤治疗中的应用。 方法回顾性分析2020年12月至2022年6月在复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院治疗的25例鼻颅底富血供肿瘤患者临床资料。所有患者均于同日在介入栓塞后随即接受肿瘤切除术。统计栓塞成功率、并发症发生率、肿瘤切除术中出血量、肿瘤切除情况及预后。 结果25例患者均顺利完成介入栓塞并即刻切除肿瘤。介入栓塞采用动脉入路，全身麻醉下栓塞19例，局部麻醉下栓塞6例，均获成功且无栓塞并发症发生。肿瘤切除在鼻内镜、内镜引导经唇龈沟切口或口腔内镜下完成，均获成功且无切除并发症发生。肿瘤切除术中位出血量844 mL（100～2 000 mL）。 结论介入栓塞后即刻行肿瘤切除治疗鼻颅底富血供肿瘤患者安全可行，值得临床推广。
