摘要:
【摘要】影像引导下肿瘤冷冻消融治疗以其精准、微创、示踪性好、消融范围可控、存在免疫诱导效应等优势获得广泛应用。但在消融过程中存在皮肤冻伤、低体温、冷休克等并发症,严重时甚至可发生急性肾功能衰竭以及死亡。影像引导肿瘤消融治疗的围手术期护理可防治术中、术后并发症,提升患者围手术期的安全性及舒适度。中国抗癌协会肿瘤微创治疗专业委员会、中国医药教育协会介入微创治疗专业委员会邀请全国介入领域专家共同讨论,制定了该共识,以期在推广的同时获得持续改进。
