摘要:
【摘要】随着介入微创治疗技术的发展,经桡动脉穿刺入路行神经介入治疗的技术在临床中的应用效果优势凸显,与以往经股动脉穿刺入路相比,患者有更好的舒适度和接受意愿,术后并发症减少,提高了诊疗质量。但围术期护理措施一直是基于冠状动脉介入治疗的方法,其神经介入治疗的措施还处于经验总结阶段,尚缺乏经桡动脉路径的神经介入围术期护理相关指南性文件。现就经桡动脉穿刺行神经介入治疗的围术期护理方法进行综述,包括选择桡动脉穿刺入路的优势分析、术前护理评估的重点、术中的护理对策、术后并发症的防治等,旨在为临床护理工作提供循证依据。
