【摘要】 目的 评估对吻式支架治疗慢性髂腔静脉闭塞的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析接受对吻式支架治疗的22例慢性髂腔静脉闭塞患者的临床资料,观察手术成功率及相关并发症,统计术后3、6、12个月的支架通畅率,比较术后6个月的Villalta评分变化。结果 对吻式支架成功置入率为100%。未发现相关手术并发症。术后3、6、12个月的通畅率分别为95.5%、90.9%、86.1%。术后6个月的Villalta评分为(12.14±2.80)分,明显低于术前的(20.91±3.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对吻式支架可成功重建髂腔静脉,治疗慢性髂腔静脉闭塞的短期疗效较好。
