摘要:
颈椎病是指颈椎间盘突出和退行性变压迫或刺激邻近神经根导致颈肩部及上肢疼痛、麻木的一类疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。治疗策略主要有药物、康复理疗、外科手术、微创介入等。药物、康复理疗等保守治疗见效慢,外科手术创伤大、风险高,介入治疗具有创伤小、见效快及并发症少等优点,为颈椎病者提供了更多治疗选择。目前随着微创介入技术的成熟,微创、联合治疗逐渐成为未来趋势,该文就近年来颈椎病的微创介入治疗技术进展进行综述,旨在为临床工作中选择合适的介入方案提供一定的依据。
