摘要:
目的 探讨颅内支持导管抽栓治疗急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞(SMAE)的疗效与安全性。方法 回顾性分析2020年10月至2024年10月淮安市淮安医院(江苏大学淮安临床医学院)18例采用颅内支持导管抽栓治疗急性SMAE患者的临床资料。结果 18例患者中,男10例,女8例,年龄(77.4±4.9)岁; 肠系膜上动脉(SMA)近段栓塞2例、中段栓塞9例、中远段栓塞7例。均采用颅内支持导管实施SMA栓子抽吸、技术成功率100%,14例患者术中联合应用尿激酶溶栓治疗,尿激酶平均用量(19.2±7.3)万U。术中造影评价:15例SMA完全再通,2例结合支架植入后再通,1例结合球囊扩张后再通。无SMA损伤等并发症。临床治愈16例,死亡2例。结论 颅内支持导管抽栓治疗急性SMAE安全有效,值得临床上推广应用。
