【摘要】腹主动脉瘤（abdominal aortic aneurysm，AAA）是外科常见的动脉扩张性疾病。目前，腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术（endovascular aneurysm repair，EVAR）以其创伤小、术后恢复快、住院时间短、围术期死亡率低等优势广泛用于AAA治疗［1］。但EVAR远期优势逐渐丧失，主要原因是术后二次干预率较高。内漏是EVAR术后最常见的并发症，也是导致术后二次干预的主要原因。目前对各型内漏的处理仍存在分歧。该文将结合国内外相关文献阐述EVAR术后内漏的原因、危险因素、处理方法的相关进展。
