【摘要】 目的 探讨血管介入模拟系统培训对介入进修生学习曲线的影响。方法 选取2018年和2019年,进修生作为操作者对象肝癌患者作为对象。2018年进修生采用传统带教培训模式,2019年进修生在此基础上增加血管介入模拟系统的培训。对比观察两组间股动脉一次性穿刺成功率、成功置管/插管时间、血管痉挛次数和并发症发生情况。结果 2018年和2019年分别纳入肝癌患者76例和69例,进修生均为4名。在股动脉一次性穿刺成功率方面两组进修生间并无差异;血管介入模拟系统培训明显缩短了2019年进修生的学习曲线,也显著缩短超选择插管成功的操作时间,减少了因操作导致的血管痉挛发生次数。结论 血管介入模拟系统培训可提高介入进修生的学习效率。
