【摘要】 目的 探讨国产靶向刀治疗Ⅰ期肺癌方法的近期疗效和安全性。方法 收集2016年1月1日至2018年6月30日CT 引导下行国产靶向刀冷冻消融治疗术的Ⅰ期肺癌患者24例。通过CT术中冷冻冰球的参数,评价目标病灶完全消融率和近期的局部复发率、手术相关并发症及1年生存率。 结果 24例完全消融率为100%,在12个月的随访期间, 24例患者全部存活,3患者出现术后少量气胸,无咯血,无严重并发症和死亡。结论 国产靶向刀治疗Ⅰ期肺癌安全有效,能有效灭活瘤体。
