摘要:
【摘要】 目的 比较不同子宫位置子宫肌瘤的高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)消融效果。方法 回顾性分析我院HIFU治疗的症状性子宫肌瘤患者372例,所有肌瘤患者根据子宫位置(前位、中位、后位)分组,采用单因素方差分析比较各组患者的基线数据、HIFU消融结果。结果 所有患者均顺利完成HIFU治疗。单因素方差分析结果表明,不同子宫位置子宫肌瘤的基线数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);前位子宫1 cm3辐照时间显著小于后位子宫(P=0.007),能效因子(EEF)小于后位子宫(P=0.017),差异均有统计学意义。结论 前位子宫的子宫肌瘤更容易进行HIFU消融。
