【摘要】 目的 探讨泥鳅导丝配合鹅颈套圈成圈技术在抓取腔内管状异物中的可行性及适用范围。方法 2009年7月—2013年12月,收治3例经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)体内断管患者、1例植入式静脉输液港导管断管患者及2例更换双“J”管患者,均为女性。采用泥鳅导丝配合鹅颈套圈成圈技术(即将导丝和鹅颈套圈分别置于管状物两侧,用鹅颈套圈将泥鳅导丝前端柔软部分套住后即形成一圈型结构)对6例患者进行取管操作。结果 应用成圈技术均顺利、安全的取出6例患者体内断管或双“J”管。结论 泥鳅导丝配合鹅颈套圈成圈技术是一种有效的、快捷的抓取腔内管状异物的方法,值得掌握和推广。
