摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨多点穿刺的类型、优势及适应证。方法 2011年10月—2013年10月采用多点穿刺技术对46例复杂下肢动脉闭塞性病变患者进行46例次腔内治疗,分析该组病例的病变分型、多点穿刺优势及经多点穿刺技术行腔内治疗的成功率。结果 多点穿刺可分为3种类型,Ⅰ型为相反方向处理同一靶血管,Ⅱ型为直接穿刺靶血管,Ⅲ型为相同方向处理不同靶血管。腔内治疗成功率为80.4%。结论 多点穿刺技术有助于提高复杂下肢动脉闭塞性疾病腔内治疗的成功率。充分认识多点穿刺的优势、良好的术前设计、精准的穿刺技术及合适介入器材的应用有助于多点穿刺技术的应用。
