摘要:
目的 探讨Ｃ臂ＣＴ引导下靶向穿刺技术在非血管介入诊疗中的应用价值 方法 以２０１０年７ － ９月在郑州大学第一附属医院放射与介入科诊治的、具有完整临床资料的３１例患者为研究对象，在Ｃ臂ＣＴ引导下行经皮穿刺活检术或经皮穿刺介入治疗，观察分析并发症及活检阳性率。结果 １３例患者在Ｃ臂ＣＴ引导下行经皮穿刺介入治疗，其中肝细胞癌射频消融术２例，盆腔脓肿、肝脓肿穿刺引流各１例，肝癌经皮穿刺乙醇消融术４例，肾囊肿、肝囊肿穿刺乙醇硬化各２例，胰腺假性囊肿穿刺置管引流１例。余１８例行病理活检，其中４例为肝活检、７例为肺活检、２例纵隔占位活检、骨与软组织活检４例，颈部肿块活检１例。所有患者术程顺利，术中无技术相关并发症发生。活检病例中１例肺活检为假阴性，１７例获阳性结果，总阳性率为９４．４％。结论 Ｃ臂ＣＴ引导下靶向穿刺技术实现了ＣＴ和Ｘ线透视优势互补，实时透视显示路径图指导穿刺、治疗；不仅优化了介入工作流程、节省手术时间，而且穿刺成功率较高、技术安全、值得推广应用。
