摘要:
【摘要】 临床上剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)发病率逐年升高,已成为威胁妇女生命健康的主要因素。其诊断方法和发病机制多种多样,各种影像学诊断各具优势。介入治疗具有良好效果和安全性,已广泛应用于临床。该文通过分析总结CSP特征、影像学诊断及子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗现状,探讨不同分型CSP患者介入治疗选择。
