【摘要】 目的 探讨动静脉联合序贯应用替罗非班治疗大脑中动脉支架内急性血栓形成的效果。方法 对11例大脑中动脉支架扩张成形术中急性血栓形成但未造成血管闭塞患者经动静脉联合序贯应用替罗非班治疗,观察患者血栓形成部位前向血流变化,是否出现治疗后新发梗死灶和新发临床症状。结果 11例患者治疗后前向血流均有所恢复。5例恢复正常前向血流患者中有2例出现新发神经系统症状并伴有支架相关区域新发梗死灶,6例未能恢复正常血流患者中有5例出现新发神经系统症状并伴有支架相关区域新发梗死灶。 结论 替罗非班动静脉联合序贯应用可有效治疗大脑中动脉支架内急性血栓形成。
