摘要:
【摘要】 消耗性凝血功能障碍是主动脉腔内修复术(EVAR)后罕见并发症。随着腹主动脉瘤发病率升高和EVAR治疗广泛应用,消耗性凝血功能障碍逐渐被认识。凝血功能障碍早期无明显临床表现,容易忽视,发展到后期成为消耗性凝血功能障碍,会影响患者术后恢复,甚至危及生命。了解消耗性凝血功能障碍发病机制、诊断和治疗对于临床医师十分重要,有助于早期发现、及时干预,以防止不良后果。
