【摘要】 目的 根据人体测量学和人口统计学变量,通过血管造影定位和检测建立<3岁先天性心脏病(先心病)患儿股动脉和股静脉内径(Dm)预估方法。方法 74例<3岁先心病患儿接受股动脉和股静脉Dm值检测。详细记录患儿性别、年龄、体重、身高,Mosteller公式计算体表面积(BSA)。结果 74例患儿股动脉、股静脉Dm平均值分别为(3.11±0.39) mm、(5.10±0.85) mm。相关性分析结果表明, 患儿股动脉、动静脉Dm与年龄、体重、身高和BSA显著相关(r=0.53~0.59,P<0.000 1),股动脉Dm与股静脉Dm显著相关(r=0.751,P<0.000 1),两者Dm比值为0.602~0.636;多元线性回归分析表明,股动脉Dm与身高显著相关(P<0.001),股静脉Dm与年龄、BSA显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 先心病患儿股静脉和股动脉Dm与身高因素相关性最高,两者Dm比值稳定在一定范围。股动脉Dm可根据身高预估,股静脉Dm可根据年龄、BSA预估。
