【摘要】 目的 评估CT导引经皮纳米刀消融猪肝组织的可行性及安全性。方法 10头成年巴马小型猪随机分为实验组(n=7)和对照组(n=3),全身麻醉下将NanoKnife纳米刀双针电极经CT导引穿刺至肝脏肝门区及肝脏近胆囊处,依标准参数进行消融。术后2 h、2 d、7 d、14 d取材作生化、病理学检查。 结果 所有实验过程均顺利,未出现出血、感染、气胸、死亡等严重并发症,所有实验猪均存活至实验终点。生化指标检测提示肝功能及心肌酶谱指标出现一过性升高,消融后14 d逐渐恢复正常;病理学检查提示消融后2 d内消融区细胞完全死亡,血管内皮轻度损伤,2 d后产生再次内皮化,14 d后平滑肌细胞重新长入。结论 纳米刀消融邻近肝门大血管、胆管、胆囊的猪肝脏组织是安全可行的,为纳米刀技术临床应用提供了大动物实验依据。
