【摘要】 目的 总结应用预置球囊导管技术阻塞大动脉血流控制凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术中的护理配合经验。方法 胎儿娩出后，采用球囊导管阻塞腹主动脉或左右髂内动脉后行胎盘分离或子宫切除，以减少出血量。护士在手术前做好充分评估，充足的准备，加强心理护理，手术时密切配合，正确护理，防止手术过程中球囊导管发生移位、滑脱、破裂，保证手术顺利进行。结果 11例术中均未发生护理不良事件，术后痊愈出院。结论 手术时密切配合，周密、细致的观察与正确安全护理，保证了手术顺利进行。
