【摘要】 目的 探讨腔静脉滤器(VCF)Gunther Tulip和Cook Celcet回收的合适时机。方法 2013年3月至2015年4月胜利油田中心医院共为58例患者施行VCF植入术,其中植入Gunther Tulip 和Cook Celcet分别为13例和31例,有21例患者遵嘱在3个月内复诊接受回收术。结果 21例患者中19例VCF顺利回收,Gunther Tulip(平均植入54.4 d,最长79 d)顺利回收3例,失败2例;Cook Celcet(平均植入37.6 d,最长67 d)顺利回收16例,回收成功率100%。结论 尽管有较多VCF长时间留置仍能安全回收的病例,但尽早行回收术有助于提高VCF回收率。Cook Celcet似乎是更好的选择,但较昂贵。
