摘要:
【摘要】 子宫腺肌病(AM)是妇科常见疾病, 主要临床症状表现为月经量过多和痛经,严重影响患者生活质量。虽为良性疾病,但治疗较为棘手,保守治疗效果多不佳。近年随着介入治疗AM报道逐渐增多,其临床疗效得到一定认可。本文就AM临床表现、影像学诊断及子宫动脉栓塞术治疗研究进展作一综述。
