摘要:
【摘要】 目的 评价动脉导管未闭（PDA）封堵器在小儿冠状动脉瘘介入封堵治疗的近中期疗效。方法 回顾性分析2008年1月—2013年5月在我院采用PDA封堵器进行冠状动脉瘘介入封堵治疗患儿的临床资料及术后随访资料。结果 本组8例患儿，年龄（4.1 ± 3.8）岁，右冠状动脉起源5例，左冠状动脉起源3例，分流入右心房、右心室各4例。所有患儿均成功进行封堵治疗，术后随访（2.2 ± 1.2）年，无介入治疗相关并发症、心肌缺血表现。结论 PDA封堵器应用于冠状动脉瘘介入封堵治疗近中期疗效满意。
