摘要:
 【摘要】 本文旨在使介入放射学科医师,特别是从事经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的心内科医师,对多种新一代药物洗脱支架(drug?蛳 eluting stents,DESs)及其抗血栓形成的作用或降低支架内血栓形成(stent thrombosis,ST)发病率的功效有更多的认知。为此,通过近期文献复习和研发产业/市场调研后,对第1代DESs并发ST的主要相关因素作了扼要的回顾性分析。继而,对近年来从技术革新和材料的更新/改进着手,成功研发出具有抗血栓形成作用的多种新一代DESs,包括支架平台材料和构型、载入药物、载体和载药技术的更新或改进等,依序以图文相结合的方式进行了综合性阐述。此外,对生物全降解性DESs的研发和前景也作了简要的探讨。
