摘要:
 【摘要】 胰腺癌是消化系常见的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断率低、预后极差,近年发病率趋于增高。目前,手术切除是胰腺癌的唯一根治性方法,但在确诊时仅20%患者获得手术治疗的机会,术后5年生存率仅15% ~ 20%。因此,进一步提高胰腺癌患者的生存率,延长生存时间具有迫切现实意义。综合性介入治疗具有安全、微创、近期疗效显著等特点,现已成为胰腺癌治疗研究热点。本文旨在对近年来介入治疗胰腺癌的应用现状及研究进展予以综述。
