摘要:
 【摘要】 恶性梗阻性黄疸是由各种恶性肿瘤引起的胆道梗阻性疾病,确诊患者多处于疾病晚期无法通过手术根治。目前主要通过经皮肝穿刺进行胆汁引流和通过内镜或放射介入方法植入支架。随着生存期的延长,胆道支架再狭窄情况越益突出,光动力治疗技术和胆道射频消融术(RFA)为临床提供新的治疗方法,特别是随着射频技术、设备的发展和广泛应用,胆道内RFA在治疗胆道支架再狭窄中起着越来越重要的作用。
