摘要:
目的探讨采用血管内穿刺制作兔脑血管痉挛(CVS)模型方法。方法采用血管内穿刺法在新西兰大白兔产生蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH),制作CVS模型。存活兔分成12h、1、2、3及7d组,共5组,每组分为SAH亚组(5只)及对照亚组(2只)。每只兔术前、术后常规行头颅CT检查,处死后常规行HE染色观察后交通动脉及基底动脉管腔内直径及管壁厚度改变。结果本组共72只兔,成功制成模型并获取标本35只(SAH组25只,对照组10只),模型制作成功率为48.6%。SAH组后交通动脉及基底动脉管腔内直径在SAH后12h分别缩小43.60%和51.82%。随后血管直径呈双相改变,管腔直径在第7天再次明显缩小,分别下降29.32%和45.19%。结论本法造模病理改变明显,是适合研究CVS发生机制的动物模型。虽然动物死亡率高,但如能应用新型合适材料并注意操作细节能提高造模成功率
